Scheme Information :
- Individual account holder of our bank can apply
- Age should be between 18-70 years.
- Claim amount will be paid to account holder’s nominee in case of accidental death.
- Annual premium Rs. 20/- will be debited to account holder’s account.
- Prescribed consent cum declaration should be submitted by customer to join under this scheme.
